The pizzafactory Story
It all began in a small kitchen in Winnetka, California, where founder Marco Delgado dreamed of bringing authentic, wood-fired pizza to his community. With a hand-built brick oven, a family recipe passed down from his Italian grandmother, and a fierce dedication to quality, the pizzafactory opened its doors in 1995.
Word spread fast. Neighbors became regulars, regulars became family. Within two years, the first brick-and-mortar location at 19755 Vanowen St was bursting at the seams. Expansion followed naturally — not because we chased growth, but because communities across United States were hungry for the same handcrafted experience.
Today, the pizza factory serves thousands of customers weekly, but our core promise has never changed: every pizza is made fresh to order, with locally sourced toppings, slow-fermented dough, and a whole lot of love. This is our craft, our culture, and our community.
